I stayed with my grandmother Saturday night and really enjoyed my visit. I don't visit with her enough!! Well, Sunday morning we woke up early (thanks Jayden) and she has a great view out back. My grandmother was telling me that she thinks there are babies in this little bird nest she has hanging on her back porch. Well, we watched for a while and sure enough here comes the mother bird and you could see the little baby stick his head out as she was trying to feed them. Oh my gosh it was soo cute. Of course I ran to get my camera but I scared her away. Ooops.
So I had to set it up on a tripod and hide. It took me about thirty minutes to get these shots but I thought it was soooo neat to see this. They aren't as clear as I would like because they were taken through a screen door but I still think they are awesome to share!!
Wow, that is neat, and she would die if she knew you called her Grandmother LOL It's GRANNY. Little inside joke there, call her Grandma and see what it gets you....

ReplyDeleteThanks Aunt Sharlette. LOL This was Granny's idea!! She told me what she wanted me to get a picture of this and I attempted them. They took patience and waiting for that right moment for the momma bird to come back... lol It was soo neat to watch that though.
